Yu-Hsiang Huang

I’m a second-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Maryland, advised by Prof. Christopher Metzler and Prof. Jia-Bin Huang. I received my bachelor’s degree from National Taiwan University, where I was advised by Prof. Homer Chen and Prof. Yu-Chiang Wang.

I’m broadly interested in computer vision, computational imaging, and generative models, particularly in how better sensing can make visual problems more observable and how generative models can provide powerful priors for reliable visual reconstruction.
